Gone are the days of being defined by singular moments, words, events. In the modern world, we can find new ways to define ourselves every day. That’s why we created this mood board, to emphasize that you can be classy and fun, hardworking and relaxed, emotional and commandeering. And you can do it all with tears in your eyes if you’d like.
Or, if you prefer, you can be none of the above. You are what defines you. Your experience is yours. It’s time to own it. If you need to rest, we’ll be waiting in a comfortable room with your favorite meal.
Everyone is welcome in our space. No matter your race, ethnicity, gender expression, sexuality, size, ability, religion, or preference for pineapple on pizza, you are valued here, and we want to share your story, whenever you are ready.
We can’t wait to meet you.

Emotion touches so many parts of our lives. The years between 20 and 30 are especially emotional ones, and at a time that can feel more chaotic and uncertain than any other, we are creating a space for your story to be heard.
“What I Cried About This Week” is an online publication (and soon to be podcast) featuring stories of emotion from people in their 20s. Whether you had a life-changing breakup or your favorite coffee shop was unexpectedly closed, we want to hear what made you cry and, hopefully, offer some support and advice along the way.
Whether your tears are happy, sad, unsure, or a mix of all three, they are welcome here.
